At Midori Tea House, each cake is handcrafted and made to order using fresh ingredients. As our products are perishable, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or an error on our part—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll do our best to make it right.
