Ingredients

Cream Cheese, Sugar, Cake Flour, Egg, Heavy Cream, Matcha Powder.

Please note: This cake is made in a bakery that also handles eggs, dairy, nuts, and cornstarch.

Storage Instructions:

Your cheesecake is shipped with ice packs and may partially thaw during transit.

Once it arrives, place the cheesecake in the refrigerator if you plan to enjoy it within the week, or in the freezer for longer storage.

  • Refrigerator: Enjoy within 7 days

  • Freezer: Enjoy within 1 month

For easier serving, we recommend slicing the cheesecake into portions before freezing. That way, you can thaw only what you need — no need to defrost the whole cake each time.

Serving Instructions:

  1. If the cheesecake is frozen, let it thaw in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  2. Use a sharp, clean knife to slice — wiping the blade between cuts. For ultra-smooth slices, run the knife under hot water and dry it before each cut.

*** Please note: Our cheesecakes are made to order and require a 24-hour lead time. To ensure freshness and avoid weekend delays, we only ship Monday through Wednesday.
